LESLIE SCHNEIDER

1943 - 2006

Leslie “Les” Thomas Schneider, beloved husband of Jessie Schneider of New Dayton, passed away at home on Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at the age of 63 years.
Besides his loving wife Jessie, Les is survived by his son Richard (Missy) of Taber and their children Cody & Kyle, his son David (Vanesa) of Lethbridge and their daughter Cassidy and by his daughter Catherine (Jeremy) of Lethbridge and their daughter Kitana. He is also survived by his parents Reinhold & Hilda Schneider of Redcliff, his brothers Stan Schneider, Gordon Schneider and his sister Peggy Brown and her son David all of Redcliff.
He was predeceased by his brother Gary.
Les was born on January 6, 1943 in Medicine Hat where he was schooled, graduating from Medicine Hat High School. He pursued a career as a journeyman pressure welder, fabricating everything from playground equipment to gravel crushers. He loved his career and even spent some time teaching. He married Jessie Marsh June 19, 1982. He was a kind and gentle man who will be sadly missed but fondly remembered.
The Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 413 - 3 Street, Stirling on Monday, September 25, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. with Burton Hartley officiating.
