1922 - 2007

Louis A. Ross, beloved husband of Colleen Ross of Taber, passed away at the Taber Hospital on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at the age of 84 years.
Besides his loving wife Colleen, Louis is survived by his children Diana (Bob) Stewart of Taber and her children Betty and Lynne (Ron); Michael (Holly) Ross of Coalhurst and their children Jackie (Micheal), Bonnie (Warren), Jennifer and Blair; Margaret Ross (Fred) of Kikino and her children Patty (Tim) and Carrie (Tony); Carol (Leonard) McCarty of Taber and their children Cindy (Brian) and Brad (Derek); Marie Ross (Rob) of Lethbridge and her children Christopher (Rickie) and Lorena; Kary (Larry) Joblonkay of Taber and their son Brad; Cynthia Albert (Paul) Pincher Creek and her children Renee (Jason) and Jay (Angie); Edward (Rhonda) Filgas of Taber and her children Robert, Blair and Matthew; Lorraine Friesen (Scott) of Lister, BC and her children Ryan and Michele; his great grandchildren Ryan, Mark, Amanda, Zachary, Cassandra, Gabriel, Parker, Keira, Christian, Trevor, Megan, Taylor, Dylan, Justin, Devin and Dorian.
He was predeceased by his father Louis Octive Ross, mother Louise Lorena (nee Powell) Ross, son Mark Christopher Ross and by his granddaughter Alanna Sharratt.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Sunday, February 18, 2007 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at Knox United Church, 4929 - 50 Avenue, Taber on Monday, February 19, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Elizabeth Brown of the First United Church in Lethbridge, officiating. Interment will follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
