1922 - 2011

Martha Hall, beloved wife of Earl Hall, passed away peacefully in Lethbridge on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the age of 88 years.
A private family burial service will be held at the Taber Memorial Garden prior to the funeral service on Sunday, January 30, 2011.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 11:00 A.M.
Besides her loving husband Earl, Martha is survived by her son Harvey Hall (Barb Daniels) of Nanaimo, British Columbia; daughters Linda Hall (Greg Orriss) of Edmonton and Sharon (Rick) Solvey of Taber; along with grandchildren Darryl, Derek, Darcy, Sara and Kim as well as twelve great grandchildren.
Martha Hall (nee Baumback) was born in 1922 and was raised as part of a large Medicine Hat family with nine bothers and sisters. In their 68 years of marriage, Martha and Earl have been a part of both Hays and Taber communities where they farmed and later worked together to build houses. Together they enjoyed many happy years of retirement, filled with travel, fishing and friends. Martha will be truly missed by family and friends.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Martha’s name may be made directly to a charity of one’s choice.
The Family would like to thank the staff of the Taber Hospital, Wanda, the community care nurse and the caring staff of the Legacy Lodge in Lethbridge, where Martha spent her last days.
