ELIZABETH TAUTFEST

1962 - 2010

Elizabeth Tautfest (nee Kudilek), beloved companion of Steve Goslin, passed away in Campbell River, British Columbia on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the age of 47 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 6:00 P.M.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. with Reverend Patrick Furtado SAC, Celebrant. A private family burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
Besides her loving companion Steve, she is survived by her children Kurt (Crystal) Carver and Samantha Carver; grandchildren Montana, Mathison, Emily, Rebecca and Abigayle; mother Katie (Jim) Schmitz all of Taber as well as numerous other relatives.
She was predeceased by her father Josip Kudilek.
Elizabeth was born in Antunovac, Yugoslavia on December 25, 1962 to Josip and Katarina Kudilek. She immigrated to Canada with her family when she was seven. They settled in Taber where she was raised and educated. In 1995 she moved to Vancouver Island and eventually settled in Campbell River, where she has resided until her passing. Elizabeth enjoyed cooking and gardening, especially tending to her flowers, plants and fruit trees. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
