LEONARD TONNESON

1930 - 2006

Leonard Nelson Tonneson, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, February 27, 2006 at the age of 75 years.
Leonard was born on April 2, 1930 in Enchant, Alberta where he grew up and spent most of his early life. For the past eleven  years he has been a resident of Lethbridge where he enjoyed making the rounds collecting bottles and visiting around the neighbourhood.
He leaves to mourn his passing his caregiver and companion Sharon Goss and her daughter Tammy and family; sister-in-law Win Tonneson of Taber; nieces Marion (Philip) Feist of Taber, Irene (Alan) Wolcoski of Shaunavon, Saskatchewan and Arlene (Gary) Wheeler of Lethbridge; his nephews Bruce Tonneson of Taber and Ken Tonneson of Lethbridge; ten great nieces and nephews and numerous great great nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents and three brothers Harold, Norman and Roy.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Enchant Community Hall, Enchant on Thursday, March 2, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Dale MacFarlane officiating.  Interment will follow in the Enchant Cemetery.
