JOANNE REGIER

1965 - 2005

Joanne Catherine Regier (nee Goerzen), passed away at the Taber Hospital on Sunday, September 11, 2005 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Joanne was born in Taber and lived and went to school in Vauxhall until she was 18 years of age. Joanne graduated in 1986 from Kelsey Institute (SIAST) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with a Certificate in Dental Assisting. She and Kent married in 1987 and have lived in the Saskatoon area since then. Joanne¹s special gifts of music, poetry and laughter are a treasured legacy for the many loved ones she leaves behind. Her beauty of spirit, courage and faith in Yeshua gave her, and her loved ones, strength until her passing. She is now "Safe in the Arms of Jesus".
Besides her beloved husband Kent, Joanne will be very dearly missed by their three children, Daniel, Dante, and Jordan. She will be loved and remembered always by her parents, Henry and Katie Goerzen of Coaldale; four sisters, Connie (Richard) Palmer and Dawn (Robin) Martin of Taber, Debbie (Jerry) Reti of Two Hills, and Julie (Roger) Wilk of Calgary; one brother Brian (Elaine) Goerzen of Tofield; her father-in-law Harold (Edith Franzen) Regier of Watrous, SK; and mother-in-law Neila (Dale) Ebert of Prince Albert, SK. Her many nieces and nephews will sadly miss their dear Auntie Joanne, and she will also be remembered by numerous other relatives and friends.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Hillcrest Funeral Home,  Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on Friday, September 16, 2005 at 10:30 A.M. Interment to follow at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
