1936 - 2008

Colleen Wilson Ross of Taber, beloved wife the late Louis A. Ross, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at the age of 72 years.
She leaves behind her children Kary (Larry) Joblonkay of Taber and their son Bradley and grandson Christian; Cynthia (Paul) Albert of Pincher Creek and her children Rene (Jason) Feist (their children Trevor, Megan and Taylor), Jay (Anjie) Albert and their children Dylan, Justin and Devin; Edward (Rhonda) Filgas of Taber and their children Robert, Blair, Matthew and grandson Dorian; Lorraine (Scott) Friesen of Lister, British Columbia and her children Ryan (Amanda) Friesen (their son Carter) and Michele (Gesse); step children Michael (Holly) Ross of Coalhurst, Diana (Bob) Stewart of Taber, Margaret (Fred) Ross of Kikino, Carol McCarty of Taber, Marie (Rob) Ross of Lethbridge and their families; brothers Dale (Brenda) Wilson, Ed Wilson, Wayne Wilson and Garth (Diane) Wilson; sisters Audrey (Harold) Rowe and Marquita Slavik; sister-in-law Iris Wilson and brother-in-law Keith Edwards.
She was predeceased by her husband Louis A. Ross; parents Elmer and Vida Wilson; brother Leland Wilson; sister Marie (Bill) Bareham and Brenda Edwards; brother-in-law Joe Slavik and by her granddaughter Alanna Sharratt.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Friday, August 15, 2008 from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and also prior to the funeral service in the Relief Society Room of the Church from 12:00 noon to 12:45 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 54th Street Chapel, 5314 - 54 Street, Taber on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. with Brother Barry Clements conducting. Burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
