CLARENCE MACLEAN
1935 - 2009
Clarence Edward Clifford MacLean, beloved husband of Shirley MacLean of Taber, passed away in Taber on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at the age of 74 years.
Besides his loving wife Shirley, he is survived by his children Brian (Shelly) McLean of Hays, Brenda (Kirk) Dickie of Lethbridge, Barry MacLean of Taber, David MacLean of Taber and Dale (Kelly) MacLean of Taber; grandchildren Stephanie Rempel (Alan Woodman), Dietta (Jason) Kinkley, Devon Harden, Beau (Susie) Harden, Tara (Rob) Harden and Kyle MacLean; great grandchildren Kaylie & Colton Kinkley; Hailey & Dylan Harden; Dakota, Dray & Addi Harden. He is also survived by his sisters Bev Hubert, Bernice (George) Moldovan and Valerie (Eddie) Linder; brother Allan (Shelly) McLean.
He was predeceased by his parents Daniel and Marie McLean; sister Doreen Guralvick; brother-in-law Matheau Huber.
Clarence was born May 11, 1935 in Dumas, Saskatchewan to Daniel and Marie McLean. He married Shirley Heck in Regina on March 7, 1959. In 1971 they moved to Taber where they have resided until Clarence’s passing.
Relatives and friends are invited for Prayers at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 5:30 P.M.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. with Reverend Patrick Furtado SAC Celebrant. Burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
