JEREMY BERGEN
1975 - 2006
Jeremy Wayne Bergen, beloved, precious son of Richard and Lynda Bergen of Taber passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 16, 2006 at the age of 30 years.
Jeremy was born in Taber on September 13, 1975. He was a beautiful, giving and caring soul who had a deep impact on everyone he touched in his life with his endless smile, love of laughter, and high energy love of life. He had the unique ability to create a special bond with everyone he knew and came in contact with. His love of living life to its fullest knew no boundaries and no fear. Jeremy worked hard, played hard and loved so intensely that our hearts ache with the sadness and emptiness that his departing has left in our lives.
Jeremy is survived by his loving parents Richard and Lynda Bergen; his two sisters whom he adored Wendy (Bernard) Millo and Stephanie Bergen; his very precious niece and nephew Jordyn and Rylan Millo; his beloved fiancee Nichole Kozniuk; maternal grandparents Dave and Betty Derksen; aunts and uncles Jim (Lorna) Derksen, Dan Derksen, Jocelyn (Garth) Svensen, Diane Bergen, Ron (Mary) Bergen, Lorna (Bernie) Bergen, Randy Bergen, Gail (Don) Merritt and Jackie (Clauss) Driedger; his cousins Jamie (Joey Valgardson) Derksen, Brandon, Sarah and Sandra Derksen, Candis and Stacy Derksen, Grant Svensen, Ashley (Aaron) Wynnyk, Edee Schellenberg (John Giesbrecht) and her children Renae, Cori and Chance, Mimi (Philip) Friesen and their children Rory, Torelle and Brooklyn, Jamie (Edna) Schellenberg and their children Sidney, Austin, Rylie and Naydine, Mark Schellenberg and his daughter Presley, Dana Schellenberg, Ed (Darlene) Bergen and their children Emma and Evan, Robert (Arlene) Bergen and their children Shay and Koby, Elaine (Dave) Doerksen and Rosaleen (John) Doerksen and their daughter Erin, Max Bergen, Joey Bergen, Kristi (Dan Desjardin) Bergen, Curtis Merritt and Brandi Merritt, Crystal (Terry) Tutak and Mandi Driedger (Sheldon Scheck). Jeremy was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Joseph and Anne Bergen.

Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006-48 Ave. Taber on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at the First Christian Reformed Church, corner of Hackney Dr. and Hwy 36, on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Jim Chapman officiating. Interment to follow in the Taber Memorial Garden.
