Bob Beres

1930 - 2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Robert Clifford Beres in Lethbridge on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at the age of 93 years. Bob joined his predeceased beloved wife Sylvia on her birthday.

A private burial service was held at the Taber Memorial Garden on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

 Bob is survived by his son Rick (Cory) Beres of Magrath; three grandsons Rick (Dar) Beres, James (Christine) Beres and Andy (Carla) Beres; six great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Bev Van Weele; brother-in-law Wally Pedersen, and son-in-law John Spiehsl.

He was predeceased by his wife Sylvia and daughter Brenda Spiehsl.

Bob was never happier than when he was visiting with people. He loved to hear people's life stories and sharing his own. Upon retiring from the welding business he owned, he enjoyed wood-working and sharing his creations with friends and relatives.
