TOM JACK

1935 - 2004

R. A. Thomas Jack, age 69, passed away on Friday, June 04, 2004 in Taber, Alberta, where he has resided for the last five years.   
Tom was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on January 30, 1935, but spent most of his years in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  His parents were Robert John Jack and Rose Anna Legare (deceased).
Tom is survived by his wife, Betta and sister Roberta Cameron.  He is also survived by five step-children Leigh Ann June, Kathy Sue Hall, David R. Hiday, Michael Ray Hiday and Laura Lynn Familia and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He is also survived by three nephews, (their wives and children) and several cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family from 12:15 to 12:45 P.M. in the Relief Society Room of the Church, prior to the service.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Taber Stake Chapel, (4709-50 Ave.) on Wednesday, June 9, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. with Bishop Bruce Francis officiating.
