Bill Vanderleest

1950 - 2023

Willem Vanderleest, passed away in Lethbridge on Monday, July 31, 2023 at the age of 73 years.

Bill's friends were invited to a reception at his sister Vena’s residence in Taber on Friday, August 4, 2023 between 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. 

Bill leaves to mourn his siblings Vena (Gerrit de Jong) Vandersteen of Taber, Rika Vanderleest of Lethbridge, Cory (Diane) Vanderleest of Sooke, British Columbia and their families.

He was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Tina Vanderleest, his sister Tina Vanderleest, brother-in-law Jerry Vandersteen, niece Audrey Procee and nephew Rylan Procee.

Bill was an avid Lethbridge Hurricanes fan and never missed any games. He walked in minus 30 degree weather and sports was his life. He will be missed by his family and friends.
