Harry was born on December 30, 1923 in Coalhurst to parents Wasel and Glicheria Wolosuk. He was the first born of their children and as a result he took on a good deal of responsibility as he grew older. In 1927 they moved to the farm in Vauxhall which became their homestead and to this day is home to the fifth generation of Wolosuk Farmers.
In 1949 Harry married his sweetheart Joyce Dayton and they were blessed with four children.
Dad was a dedicated farmer who passed his love of the land and his work ethic on to his family, so much so that one of his great grandchildren said at a very early age "Grampa why does dirt smell so good?"
Harry took on the financial responsibility at a very young age, helping his dad for many years to the extent that until he lost his license at ninety two, he was still responsible for all his finances.
Harry and Joyce spent many winters down south in Arizona enjoying the weather, golfing and making many friends. As a result even the grandchildren have spent time with them in Phoenix and are carrying on the tradition.
Dad had a great sense of humor and liked to tease, even in his later years he kept people amused with his antics. We will all miss him dearly but know that he is at peace.
