Matt Unruh

1994 - 2019

 Matthew Tyrel Unruh, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the age of 25 years.

 Relatives and friends were invited to meet with the family at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, November 14, 2019 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.

 A burial service was held at the Enchant Cemetery prior to the funeral service.

 The Funeral Service was held at the Enchant Community Hall, 121 Center Street, Enchant on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.

Matt is survived by his mother Judy Unruh of Enchant; siblings Kyle Unruh of Enchant and Ashley Unruh of Medicine Hat; loving girlfriend Kate-Lynn Gautreau; grandmother Sue Unruh; uncles David Unruh and Walter (Marilyn) Unruh; cousins Emily (Terry), Seth (Presley), Cal (Leah), Adam and Lisa (Kurtis).   

 He was predeceased by his grandfather Henry Unruh.

 Matt was born in Taber on April 17, 1994. He was a young man who loved well, worked hard, looked after his family, his wonderful girlfriend and was a cornerstone for his friends. Matt spent many hours with his grandfather Henry Unruh on the swather and tractor growing up. They are together in heaven now.
