Laura is survived by her daughter Sharon Wesley of Calgary and son Terry Wesley (Donna West) of Lethbridge along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of sixty four years Harold in 2017; parents Edward “Fats” and Anna Williams; sisters Amelia “Babe” Wadams, Marjorie Voeller; brother Norm Williams; son-in-law Joseph Babineau.
Laura was born on June 26, 1932 to Edward and Anna Williams at Floran. She spent most of her life south of Foremost on the Williams family farm growing grain, raising cattle and hogs. Laura and Harold eventually retired to Lethbridge where she resided until the time of her passing. In the early years, every weekend during the summer the family would go to Waterton to fish with Harold’s uncles and brothers and ride horses up into the back country. Years later, they would go to Duck Lake, Montana to fish. Mom loved to cook, crochet and sew making beautiful quilts and clothes for us (Blue Jeans and jackets).
