Debby Lou Peters, beloved wife of Bob Peters, passed away in Taber on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the age of 68 years.

The Funeral Service was held at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.

Debby is survived by her husband Bob Peters of Taber, her daughters Deanne (Glenn) Odland of Taber and Nikki Leng (Reid) of Taber; her siblings Laurie Thomson, Susan (Brad) Murphy, Beth (Dan) Hunter, Connie (John) VanDixhoorn and Rob (Kathy) Thomson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents Bob and Merna Thomson.

Debby was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba as an army brat. She grew up going to school on multiple army bases in Canada as well as West Germany. After the birth of her two daughters, Debby went to college and received her diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Debby enjoyed reading, taking care of animals and spending time with her family especially after the birth of her four grandchildren. In 1995, Debby and Bob were wed which gave Debby even more family to love. During this difficult time, Debby still managed to bring her loved ones together and she was constantly surrounded by family and friends even in her last remaining days.
