Rose Hunt

1923 - 2018

Rose Loretta Hunt (nee Cherwinski), born in Lethbridge on May 5, 1923, passed away peacefully in Okotoks on Friday, May 4, 2018 at the age of 94 years.

 The Funeral Service was held at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. Burial followed at the Taber Memorial Garden. 

 Rose is lovingly remembered and survived by her five children Bob Hunt, Barrie Hunt, Beverley Miller, Kristine McKay and Greg Hunt as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

 She was predeceased by her loving husband of sixty six years, Stanley Rupert Hunt.

 Rose was a registered nurse and dedicated her life’s work to all health services. 

 If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Rose’s name may be made directly to a charity of one’s choice.  

 The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the Revera Heartland Okotoks and all the excellent caregiver’s, doctors and nurses who have helped Rose over the many years.
