Dave Duggan

1941 - 2018

David Charles Duggan, beloved husband of the late Margaret Duggan, passed away in Lethbridge on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the age of 76 years.

A private service was held at the Taber Memorial Garden on Saturday, January 13, 2018.

He is survived by his daughter Leanne (Michael) Bos of Spruce Grove; granddaughters Trinity and Triyana-Lea Payne and grandsons Lochlan and Jurrien Bos; special friend Jean Nyman. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law Ann Megyes, Elizabeth Forsyth and Mary (Robert) Swain; brother-in-law Alex (Anne) Astalos and by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife Margaret Duggan (nee Astalos); his parents Margaret (nee Crooker) and Glenn Duggan; brother Richard Duggan; sister Judy Booth; brothers-in-law Gary Booth, Joe Megyes and Alex Forsyth; Margaret’s parents Julia and Jim Astalos.

Dave was born October 27, 1941 in Windsor, Ontario. He was employed as a paramedic for twenty one years and later served a term as Mayor of the Town of Taber.
