Eyrland loved to interject with his opinion, regardless of whether or not you wanted his advice.
He took pride and joy in being a grand dad or as the little grandchildren called him, “dad dad”. He enjoyed watching Alex’s volleyball, basketball and rugby games; baseball with Austan (Eyrland made him a special bat cover and ball bucket) and watching Anastyn sing and dance to the music on the computer. He enjoyed teasing Genevieve and Gianna by calling them “boys”. He loved to cuddle and squish the babies beside him and all the grandkids got the special belly nap. He was a big man with a big heart for his family.
