Tony Horvath

1943 - 2015

Tony Andrew Horvath, passed away in Taber on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the age of 72 years.

The Funeral Service was held at the Taber Agriplex, 6602 - 53 Street, Taber on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.

Tony is survived by his children Dustin (Tasha) McPhee of Taber and Brandy (Kent) Fehr of Coleman; grandchildren Cohen, Ryder and Brinley. He is also survived by his siblings John (Cheryl) Horvath, Ann (Fred) Merkl and Rudy (Tina) Horvath as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Urban and Mary Horvath.

Tony was born in Taber on April 19, 1943. He enjoyed bull riding and stock car racing in his younger years. He then grew an interest in team roping and received numerous awards for it. Tony will always be remembered for his passion for horses and rodeo.
