MARY FEHR

1939 - 2015

Mary Fehr, beloved wife of the late Abe Fehr, passed away in Lethbridge on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the age of 75 years.
Relatives and friends were invited to meet with the family at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service was held at the Evangelical Mennonite Church, 5001 - 64 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. Burial followed at the Taber Memorial Garden.
Mary is survived by her children Shirley Fehr of Lethbridge, Richard (Colleen) Fehr of Sundre, Ron Fehr of Lethbridge, Kenn (Lynda) Fehr of Lethbridge, Stan Fehr of Lethbridge and Shelley (Bernie) Warkentin of Taber; grandchildren Marlaina Fehr, Lyndley Fehr, Aidan Fehr, Shane Fehr, Jennifer Fehr, Jesse Fehr, Tammy Fehr, Amber Warkentin, Shilo DeHeer, Angeline (Graham) Abela, Jennifer Shilo and a great granddaughter, Emmalynn Fehr. She is also survived by her siblings Susan Neustater, John (Judy) Reddekopp, Cornie Reddekopp, Helena (Howard) Sartison, Elsie (Rob) Fehr, Barb Quiring and Bernice (Herman) Goertzen; brother-in-law Hank Wall and by numerous nieces, nephews and relatives.
She was predeceased by her husband Abe Fehr, daughter Linda Fehr, parents Andrew and Suzanna Reddekopp, brother Willie (Brenda) Reddekopp, sister Annie Wall, brother-in-law John Neustaeter and sisters-in-law Brenda Reddekopp and Sadie Reddekopp.
Mary was born November 15, 1939 in Rosenhof, Saskatchewan, the oldest of ten children. She married Abe Fehr July 14, 1957 and they lived in McMahon, Chortitz and Swift Current, Saskatchewan and Grassy Lake, Taber and Lethbridge over the years. Mary spent most of her life as a homemaker, caring for her family. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered.
