Ron spent his entire life in Taber, with the exception of two years spent in missionary service for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Great Lakes Mission. Ron married Janet Evanson in 1965 and together they raised six children. Ron loved horses, Scouting, working with youth and people in general. He worked hard and played harder. Ron had a deep love of the gospel of Jesus Christ and spent countless hours sharing it with others. In the last few years, Ron was obsessed with learning about near death experiences. He has now gone to seek practical experience himself.
