1920 - 2014

Winogene Adele Luehr, beloved wife of the late Paul Luehr, passed away in Taber on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the age of 93 years.
A private burial service was held at the Taber Memorial Garden prior to the funeral service.
The Funeral Service was held at the Evangelical Free Church, 5431 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 11:00 A.M.
Winogene is survived by her children Randall (Anne) Luehr of Taber and their children Brett Luehr and Cindy (Dave) Lauwen (their children Kellen and Randon); Cheryl (Pete) Andres of Taber and their children Nicole Andres (William Hillary) and Matthew (Nancy) Andres; son-in-law John Bishop.
She is also survived by her brother Brent (Margaret) Gilbertson of Calgary, sister Marlene McCartee of Taber, sister-in-law Zelma Gilbertson of Taber and the farm pet, Chips (self appointed farm yard protector).
She was predeceased by her husband Paul Luehr; daughter Brenda Bishop and son Reid Luehr, in infancy; brothers Dale and Glenn Gilbertson; sisters-in-law Mildred Hamilton (nee Luehr), Lillian Luehr (nee Andrus) and Jeanette Gilbertson (nee Peterson); brothers-in-law Leo McCartee, Herb Hamilton and Arthur Luehr.
Winogene lived some of the difficult senior years with grace and dignity. She was always a faithful servant of our Lord and a witness to His enduring love and salvation.
