She worked as a legal secretary in Edmonton and Lethbridge before moving to Taber to work in banking at several branches. Cicelia left banking to pursue her passion for antiques and was the star of Grandma’s Antiques in Lethbridge, where she made many wonderful friends and customers.
She loved spending time with her family, especially activities with her granddaughters, travelling, playing practical jokes on people, sharing secrets, discovering secluded restaurants with interesting and home made foods to eat and always trying to help out wherever possible.
Cicelia was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Cicelia’s name may be made directly to the Mayan Families Canada, 7615 - 182 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T5T 1Z6.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Dr. Sayeh Zielke and her assistant Alex for the great support they have given to Cicelia.
