Cara Hope Hume was welcomed by her parents Cindy (nee Robey) and Josh Hume of Bow Island and sister Chloe at the Chinook Regional Hospital at 10:06 A.M. on Thursday, August 16, 2012 weighing 3 pounds 13 ounces and measuring 15 7/8”. She went peacefully to the loving arms of Jesus at 12:21 P.M. after two precious hours with her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with family at the Evangelical Free Church, 214 - 4 Avenue West, Bow Island on Thursday, August 23, 2012 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
A private family burial service will be held at the Bow Island Cemetery prior to the funeral service on Friday, August 24, 2012.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Evangelical Free Church, 214 - 4 Avenue West, Bow Island on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. with Pastor Roger Lobb officiating.
A dinner reception will be held following the funeral service at Cherry Coulee Christian Academy, 422 - 4 Street East, Bow Island on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 5:00 P.M.
Besides her parents Cindy and Josh and big sister Chloe, Cara is survived by her grandparents Reg and Dorothy Robey of Bow Island and Mel and Debra Hume of Brandon, Manitoba; uncles Jason Robey (fiance Christina Lamb) of Bow Island, Ben Hume (girlfriend Melissa Foster) and Seth Hume both of Brandon, Manitoba; great grandparents Ben and Marg Reimer of Bow Island, Ken and Mildred Robey of Sorrento, British Columbia and Freda Morris of Souris, Manitoba.
