Larry Lyle Brann passed away in Taber on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at the age of 57 years after a courageous battle with cancer.

Larry is survived by his three children, a son and two daughters who are in the care of others; his mother Mary Brann who resides in Winnipeg at the Oakview Place Extended Care Home, now in the advanced stages of Alzheimer’s disease; seven brothers William, Wayne, Jack, Timothy, Tony, Patrick and Joseph; sisters Maxine, Barbara, Sharene and Bonnie. Larry was the third eldest of twelve brothers and sisters and is the first of the twelve to pass away.
He was predeceased by his father Frederick Brann in May, 1991.
Larry was born December 14, 1954 in Calgary. Life was not always easy from the beginning to the end for Larry. He was shy and quiet as a young boy and throughout his adult life. In his last years he found true happiness in his love for model airplanes and involvement with the local Taber model airplane flying club. He enjoyed making and flying his creations and looked forward to attending each event. He will be missed.
The family extends a special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Taber Hospital and the hospice facility; Pastor Carl Bogda and the wonderful people of the Peace Lutheran Church and as well to all the warm hearted and caring folk of Taber who knew Larry.
