MELONIE WEISS

1960 - 2012

Melonie Dawn Weiss (nee Friesen), beloved wife of Randy Weiss of Taber, passed away in Calgary on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the age of 51 years.
The Funeral Service will be held at Knox United Church, 4929 - 50 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Sandra Riddell officiating.
Besides her loving husband Randy, Melonie is survived by her daughter Tasha (Dustin) McPhee and children Cohen and Ryder of Taber; Randy’s two daughters and son, Miranda McGregor and children Braxton and Taija, Murray (Nadia) Weiss and child Leaha and Nicole (Ron) Hoytos and child Jovan all of Lethbridge. She is also survived by her brothers Herman (Darlene) Friesen of Calgary, Terry (Susan) Friesen and Alex Friesen all of Lethbridge and by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father Herman Friesen, mother Vicky Friesen (nee Chartrand) and two brothers Allan Friesen and Randall Friesen.
Melonie was a loving wife, mother and nana. Her family meant everything to her. She was a real people person. She enjoyed attending Legion meetings with the guys and gals at the big table. She loved to talk and spend time with others. Melonie will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family and many friends.
