JANET JOHNSON

1906 - 2002

Janet “Jenny” Jamieson Johnson, beloved wife of the late John Johnson, passed away in the presence of her family, at the Bow Island Health Centre on Sunday, May 26, 2002 at the age of 95 years.
“Absent from the body, present with the Lord”
She will be forever missed by her three children Sheila (Joe) Bjerkseth of Burdett, Garry (Dixie) Johnson of Burdett and Deanna Dutton of Drumheller; nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; two sisters Flora Hunter of Calgary and Jean Clark of Burdett and also by numerous nieces and one nephew.
She was predeceased by her husband John in 1996, brother John Neil, son-in-law John Dutton and a granddaughter Wendy Smith.
The Funeral Service was held at the Burdett United Church, Burdett on Wednesday, May 29, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Jeff Crittenden and Pastor Harry Ruggles officiating. Interment followed in the Burdett Cemetery
