ARNOLD AUSTIN

1927 - 2004

Mr. Arnold John Austin, beloved husband of Mrs. Jolainne Austin of Taber, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2004 at the age of 76 years.  
Arnold was born in Scotsguard, Saskatchewan on August 5, 1927 and attended school in Simmie, Saskatchewan.  He moved to Alberta in 1947 where he pursued a career in law enforcement.  His passion were his family, friends, fishing and painting.  He will be sadly missed and forever loved by all who knew him.  
Arnold is survived by his wife Jolainne; his daughter Carol (Glen) Bell; sons Larry (Sharon) Austin and Allan (Jackie) Austin; granddaughters Jennifer Bell and Marion (Troy) Fisher; stepson Frank (Patty) Bowcott; his brothers Russell, Harry, Dervin, Gerald and their families and sisters Adeline, Loretta, Delores, Patricia and their families.  
He was predeceased by his parents Tom and Mabel Austin, his first wife Elsie, his son Kelvin and brothers Roy, Ronald and Herman.  
The Funeral Service will be held at the Southland Funeral Chapel (5006-48 Ave.) Taber on Friday, February 27, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Jim Lochhead officiating. Interment to follow in the Taber Memorial Garden.
