CHARLES OKAHASHI
1927 - 2003
Susumu (Charlie) Okahashi of Vauxhall, passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday, March 16, 2003, at the age of 75 years.

He later moved to Coaldale where he worked with his family on the Bob Roberts farm. In his early life he apprenticed as an auto mechanic and later worked in Vauxhall as a truck driver. Charles’ passion in life was golfing and curling until his legs and back gave up and forced an early retirement at the age of 65. He lived on his brother-in-law’s land until five years ago when he relocated his trailer with a lot of help from his family and friends to the Vauxhall Mobile Park where he resided until his death. Charles had good friends in Vauxhall who looked out for him and for which service the family will be forever grateful.
