Cynthia Lee Peequaquat passed away in Lethbridge on Wednesday, April 1, 1998 at the age of 24 years.
Cynthia was born on July 8, 1973 in Saskatchewan and later moved with her family to Taber. After receiving her education in Taber, she moved to Lethbridge where she has resided up until the time of her passing. She was family orientated and loved to spend time with her children and enjoyed being in the outdoors and going for walks. Cynthia was always cheerful and had a great sense of humor which reflected her positive outlook on life. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Cynthia leaves to cherish her memory her three children Savanah, Tyler and Tanis; her mother Mary Peequaquat; her brothers and sisters Mary Ann (Brian) Finlay, Daniel Peequaquat, Darlene Peequaquat, Brian (Wendy) Peequaquat, Yvonne Helmer, Joe Peequaquat, Delbert (Darlene) Peequaquat and Anthony Peequaquat as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father Ralph Polak in 1981.
A Wake Service was held at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, April 6, 1998 at 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service was held at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, April 7, 1998 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend David Meadows officiating. Interment followed at the Taber Memorial Garden.
