Greta Saranchuk passed away in Taber on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at the age of 98 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Sunday, January 16, 2011 between 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at St. Theodore’s Anglican Church, 5120 - 44 Avenue, Taber on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Wil Stonehill officiating. Burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Greta’s name may be made directly to the St. Theodore’s Anglican Church Memorial Fund, 5120 - 44 Avenue, Taber, Alberta T1G 1A9 or to the Alzheimer Society for Lethbridge and Area, 402, 740 - 4 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta T1J 0N9.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at the Taber Long Term Care for the years of kindness and compassion shown to Greta while caring for her. May God bless you all.
