1955 - 2010

Diane Kathleen Kerkhoff, beloved wife of Barney Kerkhoff, passed away in Taber on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the age 54 years.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, August 30, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. with Reverend Patrick Furtado SAC, Celebrant (at Kathy’s request, please dress casual). A private family burial will follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
Besides her loving husband Barney, she is survived by her son Kevin (Catherine) Kerkhoff of Taber and their children Ryley and Carter; daughter Michelle (Chad) Wiebe of Taber and their children Konnor and Lincoln. She is also survived by her parents Dorothy & Whendlean Kambeitz of Taber; sister Brenda (Jim) Rabusic of Taber; brothers Darrell (Fay) Kambeitz of Camrose and Brian (Marilyn) Kambeitz of Taber as well as numerous nieces and nephews and also Barney’s children Patti (Landon) Forsyth of Lethbridge, Carrie Kendall of Fort McMurray, Andy Haggard of Lethbridge and Darren Haggard of Calgary.
Kathy was born in Taber on November 20, 1955. She was raised and educated in Taber, graduating from St. Mary’s. Kathy married Barney Kerkhoff on September 17, 1977. She spent the last five years working at Home Hardware, prior to which she was employed with Home Care for eighteen years. Kathy was a fun loving person who always made her family her first priority. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, who brought her much joy. She will forever be loved and remembered by her family and friends.
