Alanna Alice Sharratt of Taber, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2006 at the age of 28 years.
Alanna was born on September 12, 1977 in Taber. She attended St. Patrick's and W.R. Myers schools. Alanna will be sadly missed and loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved son Christian Blade Gammelseter (and his father Brad); her parents Larry and Kary Joblonkay and Terry and Louisa Sharratt; brothers Bradley Joblonkay and Trevor Sharratt and sister Tascha Sharratt; grandparents Colleen Wilson, Louie Ross, Trevor and Joy Sharratt; aunts and uncles Cindy Albert (Paul Ozar) and her two children Rene (Jason) Feist and their children Trevor, Megan and Taylor; Jay (Anjie) Albert and their children Dylan, Justin and Devin; Ed (Rhonda) Filgas and children Rob Waldron and Blair and Matthew Jimmy; Lorraine Friesen (Scott Sommerfeld) and their children Ryan and Michelle Friesen; Lissa (Edgar) Skelding and their children Jeremy (Shelly) Skelding and Lindsay Skelding; Lynn (Erin) Joblonkay and their children Drew, Wade (Taryn), Kristen and Shawna; Marshall (Barb) Joblonkay; Rodney Joblonkay; Julie (Peter) Hudson and their son Logan. She was predeceased by her grandfather Lloyd Filgas, grandmother Doreen Sharratt, aunt Delphie Bartel and grandparents Frank and Norma Joblonkay.
Relatives and friends are invited for a Prayer Service at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006-48 Ave., Taber on Sunday, February  5, 2006 at 7:30 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at Knox United Church, 4929-50 Ave., Taber on Monday, February 6 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Jim Lochhead officiating. Interment will follow in the Taber Memorial Garden.
