DOROTHY SANTONI

1922 - 2007

Dorothy Santoni of Taber, beloved wife of the late Joseph Santoni, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at the age of 85 years.
She leaves behind her loving children Laura (Jake) Stolk of Medicine Hat, Maxine (Pat) Whalen of Taber, Keith (Brenda) Santoni of Medicine Hat; grandchildren Renae (David) Lech, Darby Stolk, Tammy (Monty) Baynham, Shawna (Tyler) Utke, Murray (Megan) Harrington, Kaitlin (Chris) Santoni; great grandchildren Allie and Erin Lech, Jordan and Mackenzie Baynham, Hunter and Carter Utke, Braden Harrington and very special friend and sister-in-law Mary Baroldi as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her loving husband Joe, she was predeceased by her son Gerry; siblings Alfred Baroldi, Roy Baroldi and Lil Goruk.
Dorothy was born in Coalhurst on October 20, 1922 to Arthur and Mary Baroldi.  She moved to Taber with her family in 1925.  Dorothy married Joe Santoni on March 11, 1945 and together they raised their children in Taber.  In January 2002 she moved to the Clearview lodge.  Dorothy was a wonderful outgoing lady who enjoyed helping anyone in any way.  She will be sadly missed and loved by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, November 5, 2007 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at Knox United Church, 4929 - 50 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Frank Lewis officiating.  Burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
