She worked at the Cannery in Taber before her marriage.  She married Louis Revak on December 30, 1942.  Together they farmed south of Taber for thirty-one years until they sold the farm and retired into the town of Taber in 1973.  Mary enjoyed gardening, plants, flowers, children, music, knitting and movies.  She took great joy in her family and her nieces and nephews.  Her greatest achievement and thrill was a six week trip taken to Hungary in 1970 where she renewed acquaintances with relatives.
