ROSE KLEMEN

1927 - 2008

Rose Klemen, beloved wife of the late Steve Klemen Sr. of Taber, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at the age of 81 years.
Rose was born in Plostina, Yugoslavia on July 19, 1927. On November 11, 1946, she married Steve Klemen Sr. Together they immigrated to Canada in 1960, settling in Taber. In 1966, they moved their family to Vauxhall. In 1975, they returned to Taber where Rose has resided until her passing. Rose enjoyed taking care of the many flowers at her home. Her love in life was her family. She always enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be forever remembered and loved by her family and friends.
She is survived by her children Joe of Lethbridge and his children Wes and Michelle and her family; Steve of Taber and his children Laurie, Bobbi, James, Michelle, Veronica and their families; John (Kathleen) of Vauxhall and their children Janna, Jonathan, Joshua and their families; Rose (Kelly) Kerner of Coaldale and their children Robyn, Jennifer, Janine, Michael, Brett and their families; daughter-in-law Connie (Richard) Palmer of Taber and their children Tracey, Darren, Heather and their families. She is also survived by thirty great grandchildren.
Rose was predeceased by her husband Steve; sons Victor and Frank; grandson Dennis in infancy and by her daughter-in-law Bev Klemen.

2008 at 7:00 P.M.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Mariusz Sztuk SDS, Celebrant. Burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Rose’s name may be made directly to the charity of one's personal choosing.
