Phyllis Parkinson

1943 - 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Phyllis Joyce Parkinson in Bow Island in the early evening hours on Friday, June 21, 2024 at the age of 80 years.

Left to mourn her passing are her children Cindy (Steve) Head, Tina (Jeremy) Bondaruk and Bradly Parkinson; grandchildren Mikey Head, Tesha (Corey) Nee, Adam (Caitlin) Head, Mike (Mel) Head, Sarah (Kelton) Steinke, Hanna (Nick) Theriault and Aimee Brons as well as eleven great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her first husband Gary Parkinson and daughter Shelley Brons.

Life wasn’t always easy for mom she was met with many challenges but she handled them head on. Phyllis wasn’t afraid to stand up for what she believed in or if she thought something was wrong. She had no problem saying exactly what she thought. Rest easy mom, we love you. Continue to be a warrior of God.

Phyllis will be privately remembered by her family.
