Larry Renner

1959 - 2023

Larry Elroy Renner, beloved husband of Terrie Renner, passed away in Lethbridge on Friday, October 20, 2023 at the age of 63 years.

The Funeral Service was held at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. A private committal service followed at the Taber Memorial Garden.

Besides his loving wife Terrie, Larry is survived by their daughters Cassandra Renner of Kamloops, British Columbia, Kennedy Renner of Cochrane and her two children Kash and Sawyer Gaudet. He is also survived by his brother Gary Renner, sister-in-law Donna Renner, mother-in-law Johanne Lund, sister-in-law Judy (Tom) Birch, brother-in-law Todd Lund and by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Roy and Ruth Renner, brothers Brent, Richard, Dave and Ron, and sister Shirley and by his father-in-law Pat Lund.

Larry was born in Taber on December 18, 1959. He spent the first six years of his life at the family farm in Grassy Lake with his five siblings. It was there that Larry learned his work ethic that he continued for the rest of his life. He went to work on the rigs when he was sixteen and spent next thirty five years working his way up to rig manager.

Larry and Terrie were married in 1988 and had two daughters. In 1993, they moved to the farm, where his dreams were realized. Larry enjoyed the life he had and he will be greatly missed.
