David Snaith

1935 - 2023

It is with great sadness that the family of David Arnold Snaith announce his passing in Taber on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the age of 88 years.

A private burial service was held at the Vauxhall Cemetery on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11:00 A.M.

 The celebration of life was held at the Vauxhall Recreation Complex Facility, Vauxhall, Alberta on Saturday, August 3, 2024 between 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M.

Besides, Joan, his loving wife of sixty four years, he is survived by their four children Greg (Carol), Jacqueline (Gordon), Ray (Viola) and Kelly (Brian). David enjoyed being surrounded by his nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters Ellen of St. Albert, Francis (Bob) of Didsbury and their families.

He was predeceased by his parents Peggy and Walter Snaith.

David was born in Cardston on April 13, 1935 and moved to Vauxhall at an early age. He enjoyed being a farmer. He liked planting, irrigation, farming, harvesting and always being productive. In his later years, he and Joan switched to trailering coast to coast and through many US states. He always said that he had a good partner, good friends and a good life.
