Dylan Lockhart

1998 - 2022

 Dylan William Lockhart passed away in Medicine Hat on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the age of 24 years.

 A private service was held at Southland Funeral Chapel, Taber on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.

 Dylan is survived by his partner Kenadi Charlton, son Clayton Charlton-Lockhart; parents Jeff Lockhart (Misty Demenciuk) of Taber and Melissa Lockhart (Stephen Young) of Taber. He is also survived by his grandfather Brad Lockhart, grandmother Judy Bratton; aunts and uncles Cheryl Jensen, Kristal Foltz and Jeremy (Christine) Lockhart; cousins Xavier Gauvreau, Kyanna Lockhart and Xanon Jensen (Dylan’s best friend).

 Dylan was born in Calgary on January 4, 1998. Shortly after his parents returned to Taber where Dylan was raised. After high school Dylan moved to Medicine Hat. While in Medicine Hat he met his current love Kenadi. Dylan and Kenadi became proud parents to their son in August 2021. He was a proud dad who loved his son. Tragically his journey into parenthood was cut short. An undiagnosed heart condition sadly took our son too soon. You will be missed by all the hearts you have touched Dylan.
