Casey was born in Lethbridge on August 4, 1990. He was raised in Picture Butte and for the last two years has resided in Lethbridge. In his younger years Casey participated in many sports with soccer, archery and hockey being his favorite. In his high school years he worked part-time to full-time jobs, only because he liked working better than being in school. Casey proudly graduated in 2008. He could play hard but he could also work even harder. Some of his jobs included heating and air conditioning, shipper and receiver for Masterfeeds, construction and roughneck. Casey had a love for the outdoors, he enjoyed hunting with his family in Canada and Denmark as well as fishing. He also enjoyed dirt biking and quadding. In 2010 his mother won a hunting trip. Deb stayed in the Northwest Territories and sent Casey and his father to Nunavut to hunt Caribou. This was a once in a lifetime adventure, and still talked about to this day. “My Casey” is how his nephew Carson always referred to him. Casey was Carson’s biggest fan and Carson was Casey’s biggest fan. They were “best buds”. Casey had friends near and far that meant a lot to him. He will be lovingly remembered for his fun loving and loyal ways. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends and in our hearts forever.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Casey’s name may be made directly to a charity of one’s choice.
