1962 - 2019

Andrea Valerie Deleeuw, beloved wife of Frank Deleeuw, went to be with her Lord, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at the age of 57 years.

Relatives and friends were invited to meet with the family at the First Christian Reformed Church, 3902 Heritage Drive, Taber on Thursday, July 18, 2019 between 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. with tributes and memories starting at 7:00 P.M.

A private burial service was held at the Taber Memorial Garden prior to the funeral service.

The Funeral Service was held at the First Christian Reformed Church, 3902 Heritage Drive, Taber on Friday, July 19, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.

Left to forever cherish her memory is her husband Frank of thirty eight years; son Brad (Shelley) Deleeuw of Vauxhall and their family Jaidyn, Camryn and Lincoln; daughter Kerri (Levi) May of Camrose and their son Gavin; daughter Miranda (Scott) Verschuur of Chilliwack, British Columbia and their daughter Madison; Riley Bird of Taber. She is also survived by her parents John and Femmie DePee of Edmonton and mother-in-law Elizabeth DeLeeuw of Edmonton; siblings Janet (Ron), Alice (Clayton), Art (Sue), Joan (Arnold) and Harv (Jill); in-laws Connie, Anne (Will), Joanne (Len), Metta (Lenard), Ron (Janet), Liz (Henry), Arnold (Joan) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and by her special friend Marianne.

She was predeceased by her father-in-law John DeLeeuw (1985), brothers-in-law John DeLeeuw (1992) and Glenn Van Meetelen (2015), nephew Randal DeLeeuw (1998) and nephew-in-law Tim Vanderveen (2015).

Andrea always had a positive outlook on life and could always find that ray of sunshine in the clouds. She loved gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her caring and loving nature was shown to numerous foster children who she cared for. Her love for the Lord was displayed in her everyday life.
