Lawrence Kast

1946 - 2017

Lawrence Edward Kast, beloved husband of Sherry Kast, quietly passed away in Lethbridge on Monday, April 17, 2017 at the age of 70 years.

Relatives and friends were invited to meet with the family at a reception at Country Kitchen Catering (below The Keg), 1715 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on Saturday, May 6, 2017 between 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.

A private burial was held at the Prairieview Cemetery, Grassy Lake.

Left to mourn his passing is his wife Sherry Kast, daughter Erin (Ken) Scott and their children Leesha and Andrew; sons Alan (Lue) Kast and their son Wade; Douglas (Nola) Kast and their children Keylee (fiancé Shane Bezooyen) and Kyle. Also surviving are his sister-in-law Wendy Kast, brother-in-law Colin Morris as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents John and Lyla Kast, brother Merlyn, parents-in-law Dee and Marie Morris and sister-in-law Marcia Morris.

Lawrence was born in Lethbridge on November 23, 1946 and spent the majority of his life on a farm at Grassy Lake.
