Mary Stevenson

1919 - 2016

Mary Elouise Stevenson (nee Reid), beloved wife of the late Doug Stevenson, passed away in Lethbridge on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the age of 97 years.

A private burial service was held at the Vauxhall Cemetery.

 Mary is survived by her children Sharon Ferrari of Lethbridge, Jacalyn (Kerry) Watson of Lethbridge, Reid (Patti) Stevenson of Taber and Mary Ellen (Lloyd) Senneker of Vauxhall; grandchildren Carla (Mark), Nicole (Billy), Sarah, Jennifer (Jeff), Jason (McKenzie), Mitch (Maddy), Alexis, Jess (Katt) and Shelby (Riley); great grandchildren Conner, Emma, Isabella, Lauren, Olivia and Liam.

 She was predeceased by her husband Doug, son-in-law Arthur Ferrari, grandson Bryce Senneker and brother James Reid.

 Mary was born July 18, 1919 in Fort Macleod to John and Mary Reid. Mary was a woman of many talents, too many to put into words. Everyone was always welcome in her home, Mary was never too busy to put the kettle on and visit. Mary was there to listen and give advice, no matter what was happening. Her family was everything to her. She loved when everyone was able to be together and to hear what was going on in everyone’s life. Mary will be lovingly remembered.
