Phyllis Duncan

1942 - 2016

Phyllis Lorraine Duncan, beloved wife of the late Lloyd Duncan, passed away in Taber on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at the age of 73 years.

Relatives and friends were invited to meet with the family at “The Shop”, 134 Campbell Street, Taber on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 1:00 P.M.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter Debbie, son Jim and daughter-in-law Michelle; four grandchildren Jaylene, Jared, Brian (Christy) and Charmaine (Jim) and six great grandchildren Jordan, Trista, Tatum, Jacelyn, Connor and Hayden. She is also survived by her siblings Terry (Rhonda), Judy (Ronald), Pat, Kelly (Dave) and by numeous extended family members.

She was predeceased by her parents Gerald and Mary Morrison, her son David and her siblings Sandy, Johnny, Donny and Geraldine (Bob).

Phyllis was born in Calgary on April 11, 1942. She met Lloyd Duncan and they married September 24, 1960. In 1966 they moved to Taber and started Chinook Cleaners. Lloyd and Phyllis began Royal Rug Cleaners in 1971 and together they operated the business which her family will continue to carry on.
