JOHN KUNTZ

1946 - 2015

John Kuntz, beloved husband of Mary Kuntz, passed away unexpectedly in Calgary on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the age of 68 years as a result of a motor vehicle collision.
Relatives and friends were invited to meet with the family at the Evangelical Free Church, 5431 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service was held at the Evangelical Free Church, 5431 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. Burial followed at the Barnwell Cemetery.
Besides his loving wife Mary, John is survived by his siblings George (Loretta) Kuntz, Harold (Eve) Kuntz, Bill Kuntz, Andy (Earlma) Kuntz, Bertha (Mike) Hehn, Lucy (Bob) Robert and Rita Regier; sister-in-law Nancy Kuntz and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Magdelina and Andrew Kuntz, brother Gerald Kuntz and sister-in-law Lois Kuntz.
John was born in Walkerton, Ontario on May 19, 1946. He was raised on a farm where he became very fond of all things John Deere. During his travels, he was introduced to Mary Braun. They were engaged and tied the knot in Taber in 1988 and enjoyed almost twenty seven wonderful years together. Anyone who knew John, knew him as a dedicated, hard working loyal man that would do anything for others.
