JOHN FEHR

1950 - 2014

John W. Fehr, passed away in Taber on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the age of 64 years.
The Funeral Service was held at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Brett McCoy officiating. Burial followed at the Milk River Cemetery.
John was born in Cuauhtemoc, Chihuahua, Mexico on May 10, 1950. He made his way from Mexico to Manitoba when he was 22 years old. He married Nettie Wall in 1973. They had three children, Peter, Jake and Nettie and resided in Morden, Manitoba.
John later met Carol Swetz and her children Krista and the twins Kara and Kyndra. They lived in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba until moving to Alberta.
Besides his immediate family, John is survived by his mother Kathrina Fehr of Morden, Manitoba and three sisters Tina, Marie, Helen and their families.
He was predeceased by his father, brother, a sister and one grandson.
