1950 - 2014

Marilyn Ann Kosowan, beloved wife of Greg Kosowan, passed away unexpectedly in Taber on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the age of 63 years.
Relatives and friends were invited to Prayers at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 7:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service was held at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. with the Rt. Rev. Taras Krochak, Presider. Burial followed at the Taber Memorial Garden.
Marilyn was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by Greg, her husband of thirty nine years and by her children Fred (Dawna) McDowell of Fernie, British Columbia, Allan (Shari) Kosowan of Pembroke, Ontario, Joseph (Brandi) Kosowan of Taber and Tanya Kosowan (Jason Pizzati) of Taber; seven grandchildren Brandon, Gregory, Katie, Dawson, Sara, Bobbi and Jordynn. She is also survived by her siblings Clifford (Winnifred) Whitrow, Walter (Shelley) Whitrow, Donna (Lorne) Ingram, Beverly (Richard) Phillips, Margaret (Terrance) Lewis, Brenda (Murray) Phillips, June (Wade) Weiss, Gordon (Mishal) Whitrow, Ernest (Eilleen) Whitrow and mother-in-law Vera Stratychuk; her loved and respected brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Gordon and Lillian Whitrow, son Gordon McDowell, daughter Anita McDowell, father-in-law Andrew Kosowan and step-father-in-law Philip Stratychuk.
Marilyn will forever be in our hearts!
