Darren was born July 8, 1984 in Taber and was raised in Vauxhall where he received his education. Following his school years Darren went to work with his dad on the family farm. He loved spending time farming with his dad and he worked alongside him until they sold the farm. He then worked in the oil field and was looking forward to training as an excavator operator. Darren enjoyed fishing and skiing and loved his cat “Buddy”. Darren will be remembered for his happy-go-lucky, energetic personality and for being able to do pretty much anything he tried. One of our most memorable moments was when Darren was only ten and he started up the swather and made it catwalk.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, February 8, 2007 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
